How to Achieve Balanced Bliss with our

Happy Hormone Bundle

Estrogen, the key hormone responsible for reproductive health, experiences a gradual decline during menopause, contributing to symptoms like hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and bone density loss

Progesterone, which regulates the menstrual cycle and supports pregnancy, also decreases, leading to irregular periods and mood swings.

Everything gets out of balance and trying to fix one thing at a time leaves you feeling like you’re playing symptom-whack-a-mole!

On top of that… you know that your hormones are affecting your overall health, so you know you need to get things in balance… But how?

Disruptions in this balance can lead to a cascade of health issues. For example, the delicate dance between estrogen and progesterone is crucial for reproductive health, mood regulation, energy levels, and overall well-being.

Achieving optimal health requires a delicate balance among these two hormones.

Understanding Progesterone

Are You Tired of Feeling Tired?

The first step is topical progesterone; it plays a crucial role in mitigating the hormonal imbalances characteristic of menopause.

As a key component in Vibrant Third Cream, topical progesterone offers relief from various menopausal symptoms, including:

  • Hot flashes
  • Mood swings
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Irregular menstrual cycles
  • Bloating and weight gain
  • Brain Fog

By applying the 25mg progesterone directly to the thin skin of the inner arms/legs, women can achieve a more controlled and customizable approach to hormone supplementation.

Understanding Estrogen

Topical vaginal estriol can be a transformative solution for women navigating the challenges of what we call… Crotch Itch. There is a reason estriol has been clinically studied for the past 60 years for its safety and efficacy.

Low-dose topical DHEA, like our ReBounce Cream, is the juice for your caboose… No really, DHEA is a precursor to estrogen and testosterone, and it helps a ton of menopausal symptoms, including:

  • Loss of libido
  • Fatigue
  • Mood fluctuations
  • Cognitive changes
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Muscle and joint pain (and repair)

The optimal 5 mg of DHEA in each ReBounce application (again, to the thin skin) provides a localized and gradual release of the hormone, promoting a balanced hormonal environment without the fluctuations often associated with oral supplementation - meaning you can feel good when you need it.

Are Topical Bioidentical Hormone Creams Safe?

The word "bioidentical" might sound like a fancy marketing buzzword, but it's not.

Bioidentical hormones are manufactured to match the chemical structure of the hormones naturally produced by your body.

The use of bioidentical estriol cream provides your body with the accurate chemical messages it needs, without the potential side effects that can arise from non-bioidentical hormones.

This ensures a more harmonious and balanced hormonal experience, promoting overall well-being and vitality.

This gentle form of estrogen, the key ingredient in Silky Peach Cream, addresses a myriad of vulva and vaginal health concerns such as:

  • Vaginal dryness
  • Itching and irritation
  • Painful intercourse
  • Thinning of vaginal tissues
  • Loss of labial volume
  • Incontinence
    Increased UTI’s

By directly applying the 1mg of estriol in Silky Peach to the vulva (typically, the labia and perineum), women experience targeted relief, rejuvenating the delicate tissues and enhancing overall vaginal comfort.

Note that DHEA is not for everyone.

It partially converts to estrogen. This is great for many of us, but not if you are under the age of 55 or you have estrogen dominance issues (like fibroids or endometriosis) or have a history of estrogen receptive cancers.

37 Weird Menopause Symptoms & How You Can End Them For Good

"I expected hot flashes, but what’s up with the vaginal dryness, brain fog, and crummy sleep?"

FREE Guide:

Some women may have understandable concerns about using estrogen cream for menopause. However, we want to emphasize that estriol cream is safe for most women to use over an extended period of time.

With only periodic checks of hormone levels, you can confidently incorporate this cream into your routine and enjoy its benefits with peace of mind.

When it comes to skincare, many of us forget that the skin is basically a giant mouth. Our creams are formulated with this in mind (hence why they are full of good ingredients and paraben free), but also why they can be so effective for bioidentical hormone delivery.

Absorbing hormones through the skin means they go to work immediately. An oral hormone has to be first broken down by the liver before they can be used within the body. Because of this metabolism process in the liver, amounts used are often higher and requires the liver to work harder.

Meet Brenda: How Bioidentical Hormone Creams Have Changed Women's Lives

Since we opened Parlor Games in 2020, we’ve helped over 100,000 women overcome their 37 weird peri- and post-menopausal symptoms. And we’ve seen patterns in their stories in that time.

Let’s take someone like Brenda. Brenda is in her 60s or maybe 70s, and it’s been nearly a decade (or more) since she’s last had sex because it’s incredibly painful. Her vagina is dry, it feels like sandpaper, and penetration feels like she’s being inserted with glass.

Not only that, but she hasn’t slept normally for as long as she can remember. And because of the lack of sleep, her brain fog is beyond unmanageable. How is she supposed to do her job when she can’t even think?

She goes to her doctor, but he (or, sadly, she) tells her, “This is just how it is.” Brenda is menopausal, so changes in her body are “normal” (read: not worth treating.) It’s defeating news, but she has no other options.

Without sex, her relationship with her husband or partner changes. She blame herself. She feels like less of a woman. She can’t believe no one can help her.

…Until she learns about bioidentical hormone creams like estriol and progesterone.

She starts to put to 2 pumps of .5mg of estriol on her labia every day, and .25mg of progesterone on the inside of her wrist.

After a month, the results blow her mind.

She doesn’t know what’s come over herself, but one day she literally jumps her husband and they have the best sex in a decade.

Miraculously, penetration is pain-free, and her little lady feels smooth, soft, and good! Not only that, but she’s sleeping better and has been able to focus for a full 8 hours during the day. Unheard of!

Now she doesn’t dread her husband’s advances (including his larger penis…)

Now she can be her best self at her job.

In short: Brenda feels like herself again.

Know the Facts: How Many Menopause Symptoms Are You Really Managing?

“Menopause? What is that?” ~ 1850’s women… probably.

Menopause wasn’t a problem historically, because as you can see from our nifty graph, until 1900, most women died before they even experienced it!

Times have changed a hell of a lot since the 1900’s, and yet many women still don’t have good access to information about menopause.

Half the global population will go through menopause at some point in their lives, and with the average age of menopause being 51, and the average US life expectancy at 81, that is thirty loooong years after the fact.

It also means a vast number of women are going through menopause and perimenopause at the same time. That’s a lot of hot flashes....

Before Menopause, What is Happening?

In a regular monthly cycle, estrogen surges at the beginning to build the lining of the uterus. An egg is released mid-cycle, and there is a surge of progesterone which would help prepare the uterine lining for a fertilized egg. When estrogen and progesterone are in balance, things are all fine.

However, as we age, hormone levels begin to shift.
Beginning as early as 35, progesterone levels start to drop, particularly in the second half of the cycle, leading to mood swings, tender breasts, short periods, heavy periods and bloating.

Sounds fun right…

Did You Know Your Symptoms Are Related to Estrogen and Progesterone?

When it comes to things you think you need, what makes the cut? Chocolate? Wine?

Well, when it comes to what you actually need, we know one thing for sure - you definitely need progesterone.

Because progesterone levels drop before estrogen levels, there can be an imbalance for 15 years (or more) in some women.

It is this difference that leads to PMS and perimenopause symptoms we come to loathe.

You may be familiar with the term ‘estrogen dominance’ (it’s often with its buddies menopause, hot flashes, and murderous rage).

It refers to an imbalance between the amount of estrogen and progesterone a woman has. Think of a teeter totter with estrogen on one side and progesterone on the other.

When progesterone starts to drop - often in the mid 30’s onwards, it gets out of balance with estrogen.

The resulting estrogen dominance, characterized by cramps, bloating, and other PMS-like symptoms can be easily resolved.

When we talk about hormones, it’s easy to think of estrogen as a single type, but actually, there are three different types of estrogen, each with unique features: Estrone, estradiol, and estriol.

Estrone sits at the middle of the pack, strength-wise, and it is prominent during our teen years, until proper cycling begins.

Estradiol is by far the most powerful of the three estrogens. If levels of estradiol get too high, they can exacerbate or promote uterine fibroids and fibrocystic breasts. Elevated levels of estradiol can cause weight gain, moodiness, PMS, and heavy periods.

Estriol is the most gentle of the estrogens. Estriol circulates in low levels in menstruating females. Estriol can still stimulate the receptors effectively to provide estrogen stimulation to the body.

Now that you're learning why we have these insane menopause symptoms, you're likely reflecting on your own symptoms, and which hormone fluctuations are causing them.

There are a whole host of symptoms that are a little less well known but are common occurrences for women (and make the top 40 symptom list that floats around the internet).

Then, there are the unusual symptoms that women often don't associate with menopause; things like bleeding gums, burning mouth, a change in body odor, and so on.

So, What Do I Do?

Well, like a lot of things, the best thing to do is start tracking your symptoms! Once you have a better understanding of what your issues are, you can get a clearer picture of what is going on with YOUR hormone health.

(This is being emailed to you as we speak!)

This checklist is designed to help you track symptoms you might be suffering from, as well as showing you which hormone clusters might be responsible for those troubles.

Keeping track for at least 2 weeks, but ideally a month, will give you the most insight into what is going on, and help you decide if topical hormone creams are your best next option.

Which leads to...

Our Life-Changing Hormone Creams

With 400+ uses, this powerhouse hormone is essential. Our bioidentical formula supports bone health, mood stability, sleep quality, and even fat burning. It's not just for menopause (or for uteruses)—it's for overall wellbeing.

Vibrant Third uses bioidentical progesterone, exactly like your body's own. Unlike synthetic progestins, it delivers benefits without the nasty side effects. Your body knows the difference—shouldn't you?

Vibrant Third brings balance and vitality back into every day.

Troubling down-south symptoms happen because your estrogen levels nosedive after menopause. And as it turns out, that estrogen was responsible for maintaining the health of the tissue in your vagina, vulva, urethra, and pelvic floor.

60 years of studies have shown that Estriol — one of the gentlest forms of Estrogen — is uniquely good at safely healing that tissue and restoring it's natural moistness.

That's why we created Silky Peach Cream!

Women tell us that Silky Peach Cream worked when nothing else did!
